I love Marley Cinema theater, its peaceful and the seats are amazing. I probably wouldnt have cared so much if I wasnt taking my 3 year old to his first movie!! We sat down and 10 min later the lights came on and movie went off. We knew we were 20 min late (wanted to skip previews). Flat unturned screen, limited refreshments, crazy loud advertisements, and rickety loud equipment make this a place to go if youre not emotionally invested in the movie. Good place for cheap movie if youre not looking for all the bells and whistles. the bathroom was clean and so was the theater when we walked in. Cant beat the pricing and they also didnt care that we had went to chick fil a and brought food into the movie. The seating is great and spaced out, also very comfortable. Every stall was disgusting except the one that didnt have any toilet paper, it didnt look like it had been cleaned the entire week. I had to pee during my movie and it took me longer to find a clean stall than it did to pee. The theater was cheap but it showed in the cleanliness. Ive been going here for about 10 years - since before they remodeled - and Ive always had a good experience. The seats are roomy and have cup holders. This theatre is always clean and the cost is much better than it is at most other theatres (I usually pay about $26 for 2 tickets, 2 drinks, popcorn, and a box of candy). Someone should have been in to the theater immediately to let the audience know there was an issue. I felt this was very unprofessional and terrible customer service. By that point we were over the whole experience (along with several other patrons) and proceeded to get our money back. While we were waiting in line for our money back the manager came and and said the movie is on now and walked off. 10 minutes later and still no word from anyone as to what was going on or how long we could expect to be waiting so we went up front to get a refund. The girl behind the counter said she would tell the manager. At 1:50 my husband went out to see what was going on because the previews hadnt even started yet. Thank you to all of our customers and staff that have supported us over the past 26 years."Īnyone still wishing to support the local theater can do so by visiting their other locations in Aberdeen, Fallston, and Glen Burnie.Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy V2.
